Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brazilian Coast Beachwear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Processing Time
We try our very best to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. We are proudly quick to ship. Orders placed on Fridays after 2 PM (Central Time), will be processed on the following Monday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders +$40 . The cost of shipping will be displayed when you're checking out.
Members of the PALM TREE CLUB have exclusive coupon codes for FREE standard shipping, for USA only.
If you need your order quicker than the time frame offered, feel free to choose the shipping method that fits you the best. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Brazilian Coast Beachwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
We are NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We're now offering international shipping! YAY!
Brazilian Coast Beachwear does not provide estimates on any duty, VAT, or clearance charges that might be applicable outside the US as these are specific to each destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website.
Return & Exchange Policy
· Shopping online should be as worry-free as possible! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase we accept returns and exchanges on all domestic (U.S.) orders. However, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. To make a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered) with tags and liners attached and your request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items that are white in color and items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, and we do not refund original shipping fees. Please note we reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return or exchange arrives in a condition which does not meet our policy.

· Sales items, clearance items, and items using any discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and not eligible for returns/exchanges.

All of Brazilian Coast Beachwear products are unique and made in small quantities. being aware of that, can't guarantee we will have the size you're looking for.
We understand all bodies are made different, so if you are not sure if one specific size will fit you, contact us at braziliancoast@braziliancoastbeachwear.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our customer service is incredibly quick responsive.

Need to cancel an order after making the purchase? Email us as soon as possible to the following email address: hello@braziliancoastbeachwear.com

Please include your name and email on the content so we can locate your order.

If your order has not been shipped by the time we receive your email, we will gladly issue a full refund.

If we have already shipped your order, we will not be able to either cancel or refund your order.

Damaged Product
We cautiously inspect all products before shipping them to guarantee they are not damaged. We are not liable for damaged products upon delivery.
